The next edition of MCEE Expo will take place on April 14 and 15, 2027, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Booth sales will begin in early 2026.

Extras included in your booking:

  • A promotional kit with graphic material to help you attract traffic to your booth;
  • Handling assistance to and from your booth;
  • Entry into the New Products Competition and display of your eligible products at the New Products Showcase;
  • A curtain for your booth;
  • Standard registration to the digital edition of the MCEE Expo Guide: includes the name and a basic description (max. 500 characters) of your company, your booth number, a link to your website, and your company’s registration into a maximum of eight product categories. This guide will help you build relationships with buyers before, during and after the Show. You can also upgrade this registration (additional fees apply).


Note that the exhibition space does not include carpet, furniture, electricity, wi-fi and electronics.

Turnkey packages for 100 ft2 and 200 ft2 spaces

Save time and money, thanks to the furnishings and equipment packages for 100 ft2 and 200 ft2 spaces.

Our onsite technicians will install your booth. Simply bring your products and signage – that’s it! At the end of the event, we will also take charge of dismantling your booth. Note that your booth must comply with international design standards.
